In order to use insurance for couples or family therapy, one person with insurance coverage must have a diagnosis on file that is being addressed by the couples or family therapy.

I currently see clients during business hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

For new clients, I will meet with you every week or every other week at a standing appointment time. Long-term clients who are ready to reduce their session frequency are welcome to contact me to discuss periodic check-ins as my schedule allows.

I currently offer online sessions Tuesday-Thursday each week. I also offer in-person sessions on some days in Downtown Portland.

Online therapy is available to anyone in the state of Oregon.
